In Quiel you load the spec and get a task graph. Each task has a role, a milestone and the tasks it depends on.

Dependencies matter because agents are eager. A task that depends on the API contract will not be handed out until the contract is done.

People and agents pick up the same graph. Anything that needs a human decision can be handed to a person at any moment, by the agent, by a rule, or by you.
